Boring hair?

I hate when my hair is just long and boring, I need to cut it again. I don't cut my hair that often but I think its time again. I never do anything fun these days and I wanted to color my hair, but somehow I feel like I don't need it during summertime. My hair always gets a little bleached anyway. I need to do something, maybe some more layers, some warm toning and cut a few inches off.
